The current fashion in Science is to frame the approach to Truth within a consensus of authority. But why stop with the adherents of present day discourse?

Here, the author seeks to include voices from the perspectives of lost centuries. Natural philosophers, such as Laplace and Galileo, participate in a melange of opinion about the inconstancy of the Heavens. These texts utilise text-to-speech software and are set against a background of prepared piano soundscapes.

In this 'cosmological conceit', the Everyday is utilised in the service of grander themes; in this case, the heavily processed fluid mechanics of the artist's bath. Music by Paul Malone
